Booking Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations made more than 72 hours beforethe scheduled charter time will incur a retention fee of 50% of the total booking value.
- Cancellations made within 72 hoursof the scheduled charter time will incur a 100% retention fee (no refund).

Exceptions to Cancellation Fees
The following circumstances allow for cancellation without charges:
- Unsafe weather conditionsor official warnings issued by the coastguard.
- Failure on our partto deliver agreed-upon services or operational aspects of the charter.
Note: All cancellations under the above exceptions must be confirmed prior to the scheduled charter time.
Conduct on Board
For your safety and enjoyment, all charters are led by experienced and certified captains and crew members. The Captain’s authority is final onboard, and guests must adhere to their instructions.
- Any anti-social, reckless, or unsafe behaviormay result in the termination of the charter without a refund.
Payment Terms & Conditions
- Governing Law: The laws of the United Arab Emirates
- We accept payments via Visaand MasterCard in AED and other approved currencies.
- Services are not available to OFAC-listed or sanctioned countries.
- Customers must be 18 years or olderto register or transact on the website.
